Safety First! (2025)

Safety First! (DalgART, 2025), the wonderful art installation and and my most recent show at DalgART, has been designed to make you encounter the paradoxical poetics of feeling safe, that quiet disquiet that may reside within moments presumed to be secure.
This artwork aims to chart the uncharted of imposing a(n) (i)rational (?) grid onto the fluid psyche, looking to avoid discomfort, pain, or loss. It is this process that becomes the central theme, revealing our human, messy, and inherent limitations. “Safety First!” is ultimately set to invite a contemplative introspection into the definition of safety.
